Would that be the same corruption, fraud, and bribery charges Comer couldn’t prove? He couldn’t get a House vote on articles of impeachment. How do those same charges get past a grand jury? It’s only “lawfare” if you’re losing every case you file . It not lawfare when you lose every case brought against you. That’s just proof of culpability. That’s the actual result of following the law.

Are they waiting for Trump to be able to give them new jobs when they lose the ones they have?

Or are they aware of how many lawyers connected to Trump have already lost their licenses?

Or, most likely: is this just all talk? And actually taking action would destroy the last remaining MAGA legal myth: that Biden is controlling local DA’s through the DOJ?

Or maybe it’s just, as lawyers, they aren’t the waste of education that John Yoo is.  Yoo and Turley and Dershowitz seem determined to make the legal profession look as bad as possible.
