Former US Attorney Rudy Giuliani now has a problem with the covert obtaining of evidence with a warrant. “They” used to be him. Proudly if I recall. That’s how investigations work. https://t.co/aOwyzfDFKk

DOJ doesn't "covertly obtain access to my iCloud." They obtain a warrant backed by probable cause along with an order that the service provider maintain confidentiality. And if Giuliani is correct, this happened when Barr was AG. https://t.co/ts4hj9eWwX

"I’m not doing what I’m doing under this contract” is not the “Get Out Of Jail Free” card Giuliani wants you to think it is. The contract determines your obligations with the parties to the contract. Your actions determine your responsibility under the law.Ever the prosecutor, Rudy makes sure that it’s easy to prove mens rea against himself. (Let me go out of my way to put in writing that I am definitely NOT criming in what I am doing here, not criming at all.) https://t.co/oj9yyqVynn pic.twitter.com/ngC5yhhOmP

The law is always just until it’s applied to you. And, to repeat myself: all of Rudy's bleatings that he's innocent/being railroaded/is subject to a witch-hunt (it's coming; just wait) won't do him a damn bit of good in court. The U.S. Attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani of 1988 would have indicted you by now. https://t.co/NnbVb7VRpD

I was curious to see if John Gotti's widow, Victoria Gotti had anything to say about this but, instead, I got an old video of his daughter Victoria saying her father thought Rudy Giuliani should be president. Fits right into my theory that anything that isn't egalitarian democracy is just one or another species of gangsterism. Clearly John Gotti knew he'd be able to make deals with a President Rudy.
