What part of "sole power of impeachment"

Alan Dershowitz is quoting @RepMaxineWaters and saying she once said "There is no law. Anything the House wants to do to impeach, is impeachable."

Dershowitz added: "The House of Representatives is not above the law. They may not use the 'Maxine Waters.'"

The Senate has "the sole power to try all impeachment." That places impeachment beyond the review of the courts. And that conclusion does not place the House or the Senate "above the law." The Constitution is the law.
