All Critics of Dershowitz Are Liars?

And all Democrats are critics of Dershowitz?  Ergo, all liars are Democrats and are critics of Dershowitz?  So if you criticize Dershowitz, you are a liar and a Democrat, which is a redundancy?

You know, we didn't learn modal logic in law school, but we did learn the reasoning of the law, which is logical reasoning of a sort.  And one thing the law doesn't recognize, or countenance (try making this argument to a judge.  A jury might buy it, but probably not.  A judge would shred it on about 10 different grounds of basic legal reasoning.), is this kind of sheer nonsense.

And, of course, the idea that any argument by Dershowitz is so important it is, by definition, destructive to the Constitutional order to disagree with it.  That's my favorite part:  that his argument is so sound, to disagree with it is to establish a dangerous precedent from which the country will not recover.  I've known some truly arrogant lawyers in my day.  I've never known one this megalomaniacal.
