They want to undo Griswold (access to birth control, basis for Roe’s “right to privacy”) and Brown v Board (school vouchers, because even they know their limits). And the ‘64 Civil Rights Act, but step delicately around Loving (mixed race marriages were actually criminalized, not just banned) while undoing Obergefell.

Thomas and Donalds are both in mixed-race marriages (a phrase I shouldn’t even have to write). Maybe they figure repealing Loving would leave them grandfathered in. I do think they’d like to release as many racial nightmares as possible, figuring they’d be protected.
