Honor them for what they got right, but it was their children, the Boomers, who locked arms with “minorities” and pushed civil rights for race, gender, and sexual preference.
I can say what my mother, a WWII veteran thought about it, she thought that trans children should be treated by competent medical professionals, not a pseudo-hillbilly, scribbling-media creep like Vance. I don't think she was aware of him, she was aware of his ilk and she wanted them away from power as much as anything.
