New with @propublica: In just a few years, the former San Antonio web developer and reputed genius behind @realdonaldtrump's 2016 campaign has completely reinvented himself. But is Brad Parscale's story too good to be true? https://t.co/zTfqhfG5HW— Texas Monthly (@TexasMonthly) September 11, 2019
After reading that, I really don't think he's as clever as everybody says he is. And since he's never run a national political campaign, I really don't think he's going to show everybody how to do it because he has no clue how to do it (the good old American "I don't know anything about it so I must be able to do it better than people with experience!").
I remember how you repeatedly kept apologizing profusely to her because, in your words, you “don’t know anything about politics.” You still don’t. https://t.co/NX6ZxxZRUf— George Conway (@gtconway3d) December 5, 2019
Then there was that.
Nancy Pelosi is marching members of her caucus off the plank and into the abyss.— Brad Parscale (@parscale) December 5, 2019
Impeachment is killing her freshman members and polling proves it.
Here’s data on Rep. Kendra Horn (OK-5).
More to come on other members soon.
Say goodbye to your majority, Nancy! pic.twitter.com/5hsvB1phIb
Then there was this.
If you are telling Dem strategists that OK-05 (Trump+14, Romney+19) is 45% pro-impeach, I'm guessing they are going to feel pretty darn good about holding the majority. https://t.co/T6Yx76Uv9F— Mike DeBonis (@mikedebonis) December 5, 2019
Wow, 45% of voters in her district want Trump impeached? In Oklahoma? That’s amazing.— Kevin M. Kruse (@KevinMKruse) December 5, 2019
Thanks for getting the word out.
That district went +14 Trump and you’re saying 45% now want him impeached? Wow!!— Molly Knight (@molly_knight) December 5, 2019
But the best came today:
Brad Parscale is a genius, too.
Are we tired of all the winning yet?
Yes, Thanos is about to die. But the line is: "I am inevitable." It marks Thanos as a villain and unbearably arrogant. It also underlines the selfless sacrifice of Tony Stark, who in the movie really is a billionaire and a genius. So he is everything Trump pretends to be but isn't, and with this ad Trump is making himself the bad guy.Thanos was about to die in this scene tho (sorry for spoiler for the two people who didn’t see it) https://t.co/QQ5ijawTxJ— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) December 10, 2019

It's usually on the play left that we get so tired of all the geniusing. I'm always being told this or that one is a genius. I wonder if it's a product of everyone having hearing overselling hype on TV millions of times before they get to their dotage. Maybe that accounts for how its the octogenarian- boomer age cohort who are Trump's biggest supporters.
