Anything that has "fox" associated with it needs a heightened level of fact checking.
ReplyDeleteI think the ability of politicians and other public figures tot sue those who libel or slander them is an essential protection for real democracy. The bigger the platform the higher the inhibitory damages. That's the way to name it, inhibitory not "punitive" damages, to inhibit them from doing it. Trump would have been sued into destitution long before he became a political figure if those were the rules.
