You Have A Constitutional Right To Be An Asshole

I wonder how he feels about people showing up in a dinner jacket? Or with a bolo tie?

Then again, I don’t know why I wonder. If I ever find myself hungry in Rowlett, I’ll go somewhere else. Or just keep driving.

  1. I remember making the argument when the LGBTQ wedding-cake thing was what Republican-fascists were using to carve out a "religious right" to discriminate that I'd like to know if a baker was a queer-bashing hater so I could know not to give them my business. I'd certainly think it's even more important to know if the sanitary practices of a restaurant is in the hands of an anti-masker (I don't know why those who handle food are allowed to not wear masks as well as hair nets) because if they don't care about that they don't much care about the cleanliness of what they serve.

The issues of public accommodation and discrimination for private businesses are not marked out with clear lines. And they never will be.
