Yeah, he can’t override North Carolina law. And any construction without oversight, will be disastrous. Although Trump would be quick to say that was not his fault.

Yeah, he can’t do that, either. Not without express permission of Congress, meaning permission to actually transfer federal funds to Franklin Graham.

Just like he can’t buy Greenland without Congressional approval; and appropriation of funds (separate and apart from the approval of Denmark). 

One becomes more and more aware of the fact Trump has never had to so much as answer to a board of directors. He is like a child. He wants, he reaches out and takes. No more; no less.

OPEC hasn’t set the price of oil since Biden took over the world oil market. Which only means Trump is gonna fuck it up and give control back to OPEC.
