One Constitutional Amendment: section 1: term limit for Supreme Court Justices; section 2: no presidential immunity. Period.

I.e., the same criticism leveled at Roe v Wade. 

Second constitutional amendment: right to privacy extends to the protections of Griswold, Roe, and Obergefell. (Not that language, but that purpose.)
