Stephen Miller thinks “due process” is when the “bad guys” are sent directly to jail, do not pass “Go,” and do not collect $200. Any one he determines is not a “bad guy” should never even be arrested. They had lawyers, trials, most were given pretrial release, allowed to testify in their own defense, got discovery, could call witnesses, could cross-examine witnesses, could present mitigation at sentencing, and had a right to appeal. pic.twitter.com/Is8bqGBVXj

Government of, by, and for, Stephen Miller. He reminds me of Pilate, who was finally removed from Judea for playing a little too freely with the power to crucify so many of the locals.
Satan wouldn’t want this guy around him in hell.
Trying everything in the court of opinion certainly has given the MAGA folk their talking points. Which is as dumb and entertaining as when they were all opining on the Electoral Count Act back in '20. So confident in their Dunning-Kruger.
ReplyDeleteHad a number make sweeping claims about J6 "unfairness" (PEOPLE WERE DENIED BAIL!, lol, welcome to America) but would go silent when I asked for a singular example of whatever it is they were on.
Only one person responded, and ended up claiming it was all unfair because Ray Epps was clearly a Fed because he was the only person to receive probation (narrator: 'tis a lie, but you knew that). Then he called me retarded after I provided contrary documentation.
Epistemic closure is a helluva drug.
