I Don’t Expect The Courts To Take Meaningful Notice Of This Anytime Soon
What he’s advocating is completely lawless. Yes, he has a first amendment right to be insane in public. But he has neither right nor legal authority to put this into practice as POTUS.
Which is what the courts and the Congress should address. So far, neither will.
