Said every parent to their teenager, sooner or later.

And under no theory of law or the constitution is Trump entitled to deport people to a foreign prison just on his say so.  That’s not the President engaging in foreign policy or national security or or national emergency or even political matters. This is the President declaring: “L’etat, c’est moi!”

Or trying to. Speech is still free. But action is not.
