Pumpkins*

Guess who?

"We have totally proven our innocence in the FAKE A.G. 'case,'" wrote Trump. "We have WON ON EVERY POINT, including the fact that their so-called 'Star' witness is a complete FRAUD, who openly admitted in Court that he lied, and that the information he gave to the bloodthirsty and disgraceful Attorney General was not factual or true. HE MADE IT ALL UP! Then today, Judge Engoron admitted that his original decision on Fraud was incorrect when he said 'I’M NOT HERE TO VALUE THESE PROPERTIES. I’M HERE TO DECIDE WHETHER THESE STATEMENTS OF FINANCIAL CONDITION WERE FRAUDULENT.' Well, the Fraud that he said I committed was based on the values that were set. That’s what the whole case is about!"
Aside from the ruling today (below)? No idea what he’s talking about. But then it went completely batshit; like, little kid hiding under the covers from the monsters, batshit:
"He and the Attorney General knowingly put down ridiculously LOW VALUES on assets, like Mar-a-Lago ($18.000.000) so that they could say my Financial Statement numbers were 'INFLATED' when, in fact, they were NOT. Therefore he should immediately REVERSE HIS WRONGFUL AND TOTALLY DISCREDITED SUMMARY JUDGEMENT DECISION."
That’s what Trump is most worried about; the truth that the “emperor” is buck nekkid. But that’s not what this case is about, except insofar as he misrepresents, and misrepresented, all those values (did ya notice he keeps doing it?).
It still hasn’t sunk in that Trump has already lost this case and the only question now is whether he’ll pay damages or, worse, suffer disgorgement.

Little kid. Covers. Monsters. If he wasn’t such an asshole, this might actually be pathetic.

The judge denied the State’s motion to quash the testimony of four defense witnesses. It was hardly an unalloyed victory:

"You’ve won the battle, we’ll see if you win the war," Engoron told defense attorney Chris Kise -- though he warned Kise that he would cut off the witnesses if they try to debate facts already established in the case.
In making his ruling, Engoron reiterated his finding from his earlier summary judgment order that Donald Trump made at least ten internally contradictory claims in his statements of financial condition.
"You can't have a correct statement with these kinds of errors," Engoron said.
He also took the motion for directed verdict “under advisement.” Which likely means his law clerk will be working this weekend to write an opinion denying the motion that will stand up to scrutiny on appeal.

Clients are the worst; and Trump is the worst of them.

*Because, why not?
