Wait, what (again)?

So false statements and lies mean a total vindication of Trump?  How is that, exactly?  Everything Comey said was a lie, but everything he said vindicated Trump's story?

Is this another one of those cases where Trump doesn't understand how it works because he's new to this?  Or is it just because he's not at all rational?

And is ignorance of the law a defense if you're a Republican?  (Because, you know, even if Trump doesn't understand how this works, he can still behave illegally).

  1. You have to start with the understanding that when Trump hear's he "vindicated" to him it mean's he's permitted. That celebrity lawyers are claiming the same thing or close to it, doesn't help.

  2. Yup. Unless he's in jail for it, it's okay!
