Lawyers Do What They Do

I’m pretty sure it would be negligence if not malpractice (yes, it’s a thin line) not to try this. I’m also pretty sure it will fail.

I just don’t see how it ultimately compromises anything for the potential defendants. Mostly because this seems to be the state of affairs in Georgia:
And from everything I’ve heard/read, this jury member has avoided discussing deliberations, and hasn’t really said anything not in the redacted report. If Trump is right, his recourse is to seek a contempt hearing before the court. Of course the Georgia D.A. will do that if this undermines her investigation.

As long as she doesn’t, we can safely assume the state of Georgia law is as Ms. Bower says.
