Graham Nash tells the story of visiting Neil Young at his country place. Young had rigged his barn as a huge speaker, with another building making a stereo pair. He rowed Nash out onto the lake to be between the speakers and had some recordings played. When it was done someone came to the shore and asked how it was. “MORE BARN!” was Young’s reply.this @GlennKesslerWP "fact check" of Biden's claims about Rs wanting to cut Social Security/Medicare is absolute clownery. Kessler lets Rick Scott get away with distancing himself FROM HIS OWN POLICY PLAN, which clearly calls for all legislation to sunset. https://t.co/k68dah3V3y pic.twitter.com/xIACWT16aF

Fox’s position seems to be that since some Republicans support Social Security and Medicare, it’s false to say Republicans want to cut them. This from the same network that’s constantly smearing Democrats as antifa-loving socialists. Incredible.

It’s pretty clear Republicans want to end Social Security and Medicare. They just can’t yet figure out how to do it and make Democrats take the blame. If your employer tells you they’re sunsetting your health insurance, you’d consider that cutting benefits. That’s exactly what Rick Scott proposes. Fox argues actually your employer isn’t cutting anything bc they could reup your benefits at some point in the future. It’s v dumb. https://t.co/QhRFut9krc
