"UNFAIR TRIAL!"

Which he refused to participate in, going so far as to leave the country while it was underway and then saying he was forced to return "early" in order to testify in his defense which, after the court gave him every opportunity to do so, he declined to do.

Yeah, that appeal doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell.  And he keeps libelling Ms. Carroll, while she has a libel suit against him pending.  But he's the only being treated unfairly. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Call it decompensating; call it 'narcissistic collapse'; call it the behavior of a petulant child.  It doesn't matter how you explain it, one thing is clear:  Trump has gone from spiraling towards the ground to corkscrewing into it.  He's gonna bury himself under the jail before this is over, and word now is the Special Counsel is through with his documents investigation, which means the grand jury may issue indictments soon.

And it'll all just get better; but not for Trump.

[Worth noting the truth that "no judge lives in a vacuum" is proven by how many judges have pierced the attorney-client privilege and forced Trump attorneys to face grand juries.  It's hard to overstate how unprecedented that is.  Trump is a former POTUS, and he's being treated by the courts like a Mob figure. It's extraordinary for one lawyer to be forced to testify about what his client told him, but I've lost count of how many of Trump's lawyers have been forced to do so.  It's literally unique in the annals of American legal history, and it's happening in part because one judge started it and the other judges went through that gap because the appellate courts said "Come on in, the water's fine!"  Trump may be pissed with Corcoran taking such careful notes, but I don't know of a good lawyer who doesn't keep copious notes about client conferences and discussions of client issues with other counsel/law firm associates.  To not do so is tantamount to malpractice, although I presume Mob lawyers don't do it, for obvious reasons.  But Trump's lawyers have an obligation to themselves, and Trump would obviously feed them to the sharks by hand if it suited him.  He doesn't exactly buy loyalty, ya know.]
