What This Country Needs Is More Laws

"I’m not a ‘lock ‘em up!’ guy, but…lock ‘em up!”

Pretty sure Durham spent four years “looking for statutes that apply to these ‘egregious violations of public trust.’” Maybe reading the entire report would help.

And speaking of egregious violations of public trust, what do you call threatening the full faith and credit of the United States of America for partisan political purposes? Asking for a friend.

Yeah, criminalizing “egregious violations of public trust” isn’t as easy as it sounds.

Aside from the inconvenient facts you ignore, like two failed criminal trials, and now an egregious violation of public trust by a prosecutor who refuses to accept the results of those trials.
Should we criminalize that? Why, or why not?

Idiot.
