Austin has a few remaining “moonlight towers,” very early street lamps from early in the last century. They are prized and protected by law.Israel says its strike killed 7 World Central Kitchen humanitarian aid workers in Gaza https://t.co/g3V78AU3cJ via @JTAnews

There was one located on the UT campus, decades ago; next to Memorial Stadium. UT wanted to add an upper deck of seating to the stadium, but the tower was in the way and, as I say, protected.
So one day a bulldozer working on the construction site clipped a guy wire holding the tower up, and down it crashed. And Memorial Stadium got its upper deck.
The widely reported story was that the Chancellor of the UT System wanted the stadium expansion and no puny antique was going to stand in the way. And so, it didn’t.
IDF knew where World Central Kitchen was in Gaza; just as they knew who was delivering food when they fired on the food convoy. IDF knew, but an investigation will occur. Excuses or blame will be spread liberally about. But it’s highly unlikely an F-35 IDF pilot went rogue; any more than that bulldozer operator was careless in Austin that day.
Both efforts resulted in someone higher up getting what they wanted. Cui bono is always the right question. One thing lawyers learn that more people should learn is that there are no accidents.
