Hankey figured it was a cheap way to buy access to the next POTUS. Why else did he do it?I just love that this guy thought he could give Trump an under-market rate loan to serve as bond to appeal the decision that his own fraud was helping him access cheaper credit in NYS and think he could get away with it.
