The dog never catches the car. Either the car drives away, or it stops; either way, the chase is over. The dog has made a lot of noise but other than that, hasn't accomplished anything. The idea that protecting baseball’s exemption is somehow a “liberal” position is an indication that somebody doesn’t know what he’s talking about. https://t.co/ZArRY3Akq0

The only difference here is, if there was any risk at all of Congress revoking MLB's anti-trust status, every Republican in Congress would denounce it as a partisan measure being forced down the throats of baseball team owners by a Democratic party hell-bent on destroying Mom, baseball, and apple pie. And they'd trample Ted Cruz like a herd of elephants in a Tarzan movie to get to the well of the Senate to read Dr. Seuss by the hour until Democrats cried "Uncle!"
I noticed from following the tweets that Little Benny (former pro-virgin) bills himself as the "Editor Emeritus" of the Dailywire, which adds just another layer of hilarity to his status as a major young "thinker" of the right. I'd love for them trying to remove major league baseball's anti-trust exemption turning into a millstone around their necks like the brawling over manger scenes did for "liberals". The Republican-fascist right have really been showing themselves to be as stupid as they are clueless. Clarence Thomas going after private property on First Amendment grounds yesterday was another one.
