Opinions differ, but this is a hearing, and the judge is a lawyer. A patch of ice doth not a winter make, nor a single witness proof of an allegation. 

My impression going in was that Roman is on very thin ice with this. I heard a bit of the argument about privileged communication on MSNBC this morning. All it told me was that this is not a procedure that lay persons are likely to understand.

I still think that.

So much focus on the tawdry aspects, rather than anything legal that has any bearing on Trump's guilt.
