Due process and equal protection of law will require court hearings and housing for those persons. Which is why Biden backed the border bill, with funding for more courts.

Personnel simply to round up 20 million people (Trump’s number; not necessarily consistent with reality). Personnel to house and manage those people. Facilities to house these people while they are given due process and equal protection of law. Which is why Biden backed the border bill, to hire more Border Patrol agents and court personnel.

Estimated number of prisoners in the U.S. is 1.8 million. That’s federal, state, and local. Less than 10% of Trump’s number. We incarcerate more of our population than any country on the planet. Trump is illogically talking about imprisoning 10 times that prison population (or, okay, only 5 times). Where are the facilities? The personnel? 

And we haven’t yet gotten to transportation, or which countries will accept these people.

But hey, let’s talk about Biden’s imprecision in recalling who attended a meeting 7 years ago.
