A few days ago, I shared on @Morning_Joe that if we’re going to scrutinize the President’s cognition, we should at least apply the same scrutiny to his opponent, who’s also showed some decline.

Sometimes it takes a 1.5 hour disconnected convention speech to prove the point.

I've listened to Chinese provincial party bosses give 90-minute speeches on five-year plans for rural economic development. In Chinese.

On a speech-quality basis, they'd come in way ahead of what has just occurred.
