Um, yeah, sure.

A) Biden is no longer President 

B) It’s too late to legally question his competence in office and make legal claims about his actions based on those questions.

C) Does Donald “Hannibal Lecter was a real person” Trump really want to be the messenger for this?

D) Take it to court, and see what happens. Maybe you’ll draw that judge whose order you just defied. Karma’s justice is particularly just.

E) It’s just bloviating bullshit, but unless you take it to court, you ain’t putting’ your money where your mouth is. Trump’s been claiming Biden was incompetent since he lost in 2020. That still doesn’t undo what Biden did as POTUS. Take it court and prove you really mean it.
