Which part of the 2nd is "absolute"? The 3rd clause, or the 1st and 2nd? And if the First is absolute, does that mean we can't outlaw child pornography?

I mean, Florida and Texas are already outlawing child welfare in favor of "parental rights," so why not child porn, too?  As long as we're being "absolute" and all.
