I never heard of him before this. From what I read he's considered something of an, uh, intellectual in that milieu. Like Bonhoeffer said intelligence does not necessarily have a direct correspondence to a presence or lack of stupidity. Belief in a lie is the same thing as stupidity and this guy seems to believe a lot of them.
