Is this a joke?

"I'm telling you right now, this is going to be the misdemeanor from hell for Merrick Garland, Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden," he said.

Bannon then slammed Biden for calling for his prosecution after he refused to comply with the House Select Committee's subpoena last month, and he warned House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that she was making a big mistake by crossing him.

"Nancy Pelosi has taken on Donald Trump and Steve Bannon, she should ask Hillary Clinton how that turned out," he said.

What defense does he imagine he's going to present?  Or is he planning to sneak out of the country without a passport?

Bannon is scheduled to be formally arraigned on Thursday. In the meantime, he was asked to surrender his passport so as to prevent him from trying to flee the country and he will be required to check in weekly with a pretrial services officer.

Is he going to harangue the officer every week? How does he imagine anybody he mentioned gives a wet snap what happens to him?  And his lawyer's defense?  Already last week's fish wrap.  He's gonna have to do better to even get noticed again.
