There is no shamelessness that matches what I've heard come out of insider lawyers from places like the Department of "justice" the Office of Legal Council, the Legal Councils in various agencies and generally around the DC-NYC elite in the law business. Including Robert Mueller and those who still lavish him with praise. Barr, Mueller's good buddy even as he did some of the worst things he did, publicly, is typical of the worst of them.
