He and Trump really are twin sons of different hellish mothers. We don’t need to quit respecting billionaires because they are rich. We need to eliminate the category. There was time we had a tax code that almost did that. Then Reagan convinced middle class Boomers every little boy could be as rich as Croesus, if it wasn’t for taxes.
