"Our hearts are with the victims and loved ones of those affected by the tragic event in Winder, GA," wrote Trump. "These cherished children were taken from us far too soon by a sick and deranged monster."
The shooter, who is in custody, is 14.
I don't condone his actions. Neither would I condemn a 14 year old as "sick and deranged." Of course, in some states (Georgia?), age may not be a barrier:
