Well, no. New York law applies (because of Florida law, where Trump lives), and New York doesn’t remove voting privileges for a felony if the felon doesn’t serve prison time. And Florida will follow NY law.

I’m not sure about gun possession. But I am sure Trump is a convicted felon.
