The one and only time I know one of my brothers used it on his animals, you weren't supposed to give it on an extended basis. I'll ask him if it had those effects. I'm betting that a lot of those idiots took it for a long time. They'll learn nothing from it and will still be full of it as they're having those effects. FOX etc. leads to that.
