(I think Maggie’s assessment is sound. Alberta’s is based solely on polling interpretation. He might as well stare at a crystal ball.)Many Dem strategists definitely do. For all the talk of Dobbs somehow disappearing as an issue, it’s more that it is now absorbed as much as it will be in certain races but it’s potentially keeping Dem turnout from collapsing like 2010 https://t.co/4YFdrA3xlm

Funny, it was never such a problem before. It’s not a question of the “maturity of the system” but of we, the people. For some reason our media can’t tell the toddler-in-chief to shut up and stop whinging. Besides, the worst that can happen is more court time is wasted on more frivolous election lawsuits./ Politico’s on the same wavelength: “The looming election disaster.” https://t.co/Ijj7IwsHac

All you have to do is look at the timeframe for counting votes in states, see which are slow, see which have key races, which feature election-deniers — and it’s a recipe for trouble
The persistent problem of vague and glittering generalizations. GIGO, as the computer people used to say.I cannot imagine paying even cursory attention to the GOP and concluding it’s closer to the mainstream than the Democratic Party https://t.co/0lHoAFAdvP

But the press are helpless victims of the now. So they act and talk as if we all are. This is not how US elections and processes historically develop. It varies by state, and sometimes ballot counting can occur overnight or take days. These comments only create distrust in the results and system. https://t.co/tqVAsc48Ov
