Does Trump think Zuckerberg secretly runs the DOJ? And does Facebook think it’s bound by some weird, super-secret DOJ rules? While this is obviously disturbing, I also think if after all this time you still believe a word Trump says, that’s on you. https://t.co/JlgU0C77xz

Oh yeah, that happened tonight. Goodie. Two more years of why we aren’t worrying enough about the “danger” Trump poses. If the psychopath gets the nomination he will likely lose to Dems. If he doesn't get it, he will likely burn the GOP to the ground. Seems like a win-win in the battle against Trumpism. Still, he is so dangerous, peril will be outside our door.

David Rothkopf @djrothkopf explains that the midterm elections were a brief reprieve in what will be a long fight to defend American democracy from the Republican fascists and Trumpism. https://t.co/Vk7GVKNA8K
Perspective. There are people out there who are actually dangerous. Trump is not one of them.burning out his fuse down there alone https://t.co/GOzozCNZEg

Even as Rupert Murdoch told Trump to pound sand.Trump's announcement is timed to take place during Sean Hannity's Fox News show. I doubt that's a coincidence.
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) November 16, 2022
Rupert Murdoch has told Trump his media empire will not support another Trump run for the presidency. News Corp source: “We have been clear with Donald. There have been conversations. Rupert made it clear to Donald we cannot back another run for the White House.” pic.twitter.com/cHoXZ6ZssR
— Mike Sington (@MikeSington) November 15, 2022
It gets funnier:Quite literally almost no media is saying that he has no shot except the NYPost, WSJ and parts of Fox https://t.co/6lQxUJofmL
— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) November 15, 2022
Yeah, I’m pretty sure the nation just kicked this nonsense to the curb. Not that anyone besides Twitter pays attention to Bannon anyway.I protect the media’s right not to cover Trump’s announcement. https://t.co/BYKFrHtaYH

Saying he took “decisive action w COVID & saved lives” frankly pisses me off. I was there, in the meetings. He was worried about his re-election, not the country.
— Stephanie Grisham (@OMGrisham) November 16, 2022
Defeat him, I mean.⚠️ JUST PUBLISHED ON @CNN: Let me be clear: I was one of the first staffers to work for Donald Trump's 2016 Presidential campaign, and there is NO CHANCE I'll support his 2024 bid.

Yes, there’s a reason I posted that:Compare and contrast: Trump speaking during his June 2015 campaign launch speech vs. Trump speaking at West Point today, almost exactly five years later pic.twitter.com/qDFmkNBVmj

Does this count as "fact-checking"? Asking for Mark Zuckerberg. And actually, he was worse than that:Trump says we went decades without a war during his four years in office
— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) November 16, 2022
Trump: "And yet I've gone decades -- decades without a war. The first president to do it for that long a period."
— Aaron Blake (@AaronBlake) November 16, 2022
??
This was funny. He makes this bizarre series of statements about how he prevented wars for decades during his single term in office and then goes off on ten minutes dunking on Joe Biden for being senile https://t.co/eOvOQEpjTE
— Josh Marshall (@joshtpm) November 16, 2022
We're in trouble. The media is already sucking up to Trump. But Biden is on his game; This is how to write an accurate lede. https://t.co/zhNFHLYEFY

Whatever Trump said after “going off script,” it was so unmemorable no on seems to have tweeted about it.Excellent https://t.co/odoN2H0zOx
— RSchooley@socel.net (@Rschooley) November 16, 2022
Doesn’t seem like a compelling argument to me. “Vote for ruthless authoritarianism!” Didn’t that appeal just lose almost universally?Trump: "I will restore public safety in American cities and other communities that need our help, and if they don't want our help we're going to insist they take our help this time." pic.twitter.com/qE7g7qS3Cu
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) November 16, 2022
He thinks he’s at a rally; or he wants to be.i'm kinda baffled by Trump's decision to launch his campaign with a rambling speech so long that even the networks that wanted to carry it live gave up
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) November 16, 2022
And just when you think it can't get worse, it does.Trump advisors had hoped to limit the president to about 45 minutes tonight. But at the 38-minute mark just now, Trump asked his audience to take their seats. Not a good sign for fans of brevity.
— Michael C. Bender (@MichaelCBender) November 16, 2022
OMG, of coure you are.Trump's campaign launch speech has now been going on for more than an hour
— Aaron Rupar (@atrupar) November 16, 2022
He still doesn’t understand how elections work.Trump calls for an end of early voting.
— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) November 16, 2022
CNN cuts away from Trump speech. Fox stays on it.
— Alex Thompson (@AlexThomp) November 16, 2022
Well, yeah, but:….and went to a panel of folks praising him. https://t.co/1KMX7ButVS
— Maggie Haberman (@maggieNYT) November 16, 2022
Cutting away still seems like a good idea.Just to give you a sense of this. It's been like this for 20 minutes. They're going on about how amazing a speech while they have Trump with his sound dialed down in the background. They're saying how amazing the speech is while they're not running it. pic.twitter.com/wzsIwRIrMd

I had a cat that did. He could catch the ball (golf ball sized spongey thing) in his paws, like he was clapping. Then he’d bring it back so you could do it again. Smartest cat I’ve ever known. I mean, you could see the intelligence in his eyes. He knew I was the boss because he learned that lesson in one swift moment. He never forgot it, and he never treated anyone else like they were superior to him. Frighteningly intelligent.Bigger story here: Your cat fetchs?
