Nobody much likes ‘em, but I’ve stood in lines many times to vote early (hooray for voting by mail!). Do, why are lines to vote “unacceptable”? Because the wrong people are taking up space? And by “wrong people” I mean young people, black and brown people, or anyone we can categorize by appearance.

Of course I’m old enough to remember when poor people shouldn’t vote because they were just voting for people who would give ‘em stuff. True story.

After weeks of being told not to pay attention to same day turnout accounts, I'm seeing all the people who said that making dramatic proclamations based on same day turn out data.
