Necheles is a fine lawyer--I suspect the best one he's had in years. She's obviously a skilled cross-examiner, and she's clearly trying to undermine Stormy's credibility in her cross. But I don't see yet how her line of cross here is helping her client.

I hadn't known her back story before now, it's a shame she never got to go to college because she's smarter than Trump's lawyers.
ReplyDeleteOn direct examination it came out she had a full scholarship to college for veterinary science. With no family support she couldn't figure out the cost to move and other expenses and so ended up not going. Instead she found work as a stripper and everything went from there. I found it very sad, even when as society we offer help we don't provide in a way that is helpful to those need. A life opportunity lost because she didn't get the support she needed.
