True Story

I wasn’t able to taste or smell for most of my life. Allergies. Nasal congestion. I remember learning in school how the sense of taste is connected to the sense of smell. I simply didn’t believe it, because I thought I could taste though I knew I couldn’t smell. Still can’t, for the most part. It’s so occasional I notice it when I do smell something.

I mention this simply because these things are complicated; and our President can only function with one concept at a time, and that the one that serves him. Soon he’ll start telling us anyone who can smell and taste is fine, let’s go back out there!

Because he’s an idiot.

  1. It's funny because it was one of the things my sister complained about while she was sick and something I'd noticed before I got sick. But, as you point out, lots of things can cause that. Still, it's a clue. Better use all of those we can because the Fearless Leader is a Clueless Clown.
