Before #SCOTUS's 2013 ruling in Shelby County, Texas's crazy map would never have been pre-cleared under the Voting Rights Act.

Before its 2021 ruling in Brnovich, Texas's crazy map would've provided an easy case for proving a violation of section 2 of the VRA.

All I’m expecting is the Supreme Court declares the permanent year of Jubilee and makes the VRA and the 15th Amendment completely unconstitutional in the name of the Constitution.
