Three people is an attempted crowd. Oddly, they don’t really seem to be doing anything.

If three goobers doesn’t make a crowd, a demonstration, or an harassment, it doesn’t make a representation of the state, either.
Twitter says the state GOP announced this show so people would show up and complain. What does this say about the influence of the state GOP?
