I have been litigating against USG for 30 years regarding classified records. Before DEM & GOP appointed Judges.

I have never seen a federal judge disregard Executive Branch classification concerns to such an extent as Judge Cannon did tonight. https://t.co/RDLgPX4661
Similarly, I have been litigating for or against DOJ for 20 years in criminal matters.

I’ve never seen anyone subject to a search warrant receive a result like this prior to indictment. https://t.co/jQzwYq0neT
The most outrageous statement in the court’s order is her rejection of the government’s assertion that documents with classified markings are, in fact, classified. She reaches this conclusion despite an unrefuted affidavit from the head of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division.

It’s hard to be shocked by much nowadays. But a federal judge failing to acknowledge that documents clearly marked classified are indeed classified — is truly breathtaking. And dangerous. https://t.co/2YacaAiFUx

"I know it looks like a duck, walks like a duck & quacks like a duck, and defendant submits an affidavit it's a duck, and plaintiff does not dispute it's a duck, but I say there is a factual dispute whether it's a duck."

Judge Aileen Cannon
Very hard, indeed. Also, the duck is wearing a big red-bordered sign that says, in big bold red capital letters, "THIS IS A DUCK."

And we have PHOTOGRAPHS of the duck and the red sign. https://t.co/hW9pljxjwR
