An estimated 18.4% of votes have been counted. Early on in vote counting, there can be dramatic swings that may not be predictive of the final results.

I don’t mean Beto’s going to win; I mean it’s too early to declare the future. Houston, Austin and El Paso haven’t weighed in yet. And Laredo went for Beto. Long way to go yet. Let’s be patient.
