It's pretty hard, at this point, to imagine how Rs take the Senate. In fact, Ds picking up a seat seems more likely right now.

Feeling like a pretty disappointing night for Republicans considering expectations -- tho they could still conceivably win both houses; no small thing. But let's not forget, we're all winners when there is DC gridlock.

The opposition party has gained an average of 29 seats in midterms over the past 100 years. GOP isn't approaching that.

The opposition party has gained Senate seats in 19 of the last 25 midterms. There's a chance the GOP won't gain one.https://t.co/Y7o7ElrPtA
Democratic chances of winning the House have... slowly started to tick up. Now up 29%, up from about 21% at the start. They're favored to win 208 seats up from 203 in our poll-based starting estimates

So he wants to change the subject:Looks more and more as if a big story line tomorrow will be: bad night for Trump.

Republicans believed New Hampshire, Colorado, and Washington State senate races would be competitive.

Nope, nope, and nope.
Yeah, that’s not gonna be the takeaway.Trump on Truth Social has cheered Joe O'Dea losing in Colorado and says this of GOP's Don Bolduc in NH: "Don Bolduc was a very nice guy, but he lost tonight when he disavowed, after his big primary win, his longstanding stance on Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Primary."

Maybe that should be; or this:The GOP secretary of state who refused to "find" the votes necessary to overturn Trump's election loss in Georgia won another term. https://t.co/ZVkpPfIEIS

Not looking good for JR Majewski, the QAnon supporter turned Republican nominee who got caught lying about his military record. His primary political qualification was painting a giant Trump and "Q" on his lawn. https://t.co/0Hwuxuxf4R

Heh.I'm starting to think that using a secret, magical vibes system to predict that every race is within about two points (with MOE bringing that to like six) isn't necessarily sustainable as a model.
