Courts actually do function pretty damned well. Better than the ignorant suppose, anyway. The supposedly "censored" video that prompted Elon Musk to call for Jacob Chansley to be freed was in fact part of a public court filing by *his own lawyer* as early as May 2021.

It was part of an unsuccessful motion to get Chansley out on bail. pic.twitter.com/JJW2UX65Uk
Rapists and child abusers have been sentenced to less time than this cosplay'ing-fool (admittedly, a trespasser) was sentenced. This is clearly reasonably-exculpatory evidence that should've been provided to his lawyer and released to the public, as well.

Smart lawyers know better than to make claims about cases they aren’t personally involved in.I was an anti-trust law attorney in NY and then GC for a non-profit. I think you have me confused with Jenna Ellis.
