So these are the Trump supporters we're supposed to appeal to, or worry about, or be afraid of:

This is not the first time the @realDonaldTrump account has posted content generated or spread on online forums. In one high-profile instance during the campaign, then-candidate Trump posted an image of Hillary Clinton next to a Star of David.

“Holy shit!! I wake up and have my morning coffee and who retweets my shitpost but the MAGA EMPORER himself!!!” HanAssholeSolo responded to the news in a comment on the subreddit.

“I am honored!!”

But apparently the "honor" depends on who's mentioning it:

This is the base the President brags about.  If I'm worried about them, I'm worried about the way law enforcement is going to respond to them.  As Charlie Pierce often notes, economic uncertainty is a strange causal factor, indeed.

ADDING:  The Dow Jones closed up 0.61%, which means something to you if you own stocks listed on the Dow.  Or maybe not; as Ultron said, "Finance is so weird!"  It means next to nothing to the national economy, something we all figured out a decade ago or so.

I can't wait to see what Trump tweets about what the market is doing tomorrow.....
