In one sense, he won't, because the laws and the courts are not going to give this election to him based on this reasoning. Or any reasoning. Recounts might change outcomes, but that's doubtful, and besides we don't know the full margins of victory yet in some states, so recounts may yet be moot.

In another sense he will 'get away with it,' because some people are going to believe this, and the RNC seems determined to back it up institutionally.  And a significant percentage (but not a majority) of the American public seem amenable to it. Countering his arguments is all we can do; well, that, and continue to count votes as allowed and required by law.
