That’s In The Constitution!

The right to rent cars; and the right to board planes! But requiring people to prove they can legally purchase a gun is unconstitutional. Like requiring someone to be a member of a well-regulated militia.

  1. Is it in the law that you require an ID to rent a car? Or is it a decision by a private company?

    The Goebbels of voter integrity.

  2. I am no longer required to be a member of the well-regulated militia (either organized or un-organized classes) by virtue of age. Haven't been for several years, and I'm quite glad (although my status as a birthright Quaker gave me other dispensations).
