My favorites are of the “Do you just not care anymore?” variety. Trying to shame people into giving money is on par with declaring your supporters just won’t vote if they don’t get their way. The wisdom of it escapes me.

That is exactly what I get too, from many different Democratic groups. Often they say "it's too late". Annoying so I refuse to give that plea any money, though I may support the candidate via act blue or something at my own time.ReplyDelete
I get panic-hype fatigue from that. One of the reasons I stopped looking at most blogs with a large commenting community because they were like Chicken Little and the others in that story too much of the time.ReplyDelete
